Callahan moves to Nashville after having worked with quarterbacks such as Peyton Manning, Matthew Stafford, and most recently, Joe Burrow.

Callahan said he’s already had a meeting with Will Levis, the quarterback for the Titans, and that he understands the value of a mutual understanding between him and his quarterback. The youngster ran 25 times for 52 yards and a touchdown in nine games. At the end of the season, he finished with 1,808 yards, eight touchdowns, four interceptions, and 149 completions.

“He was working out today, so I got a chance to catch up with him,” Callahan said.

“I can’t wait to collaborate with him. I’m excited to see whether we can enhance any of his many remarkable physical skills.”

Tennessee has not requested interviews, despite this.

His main objective is to assemble a group that assists in developing the game strategy and makes suggestions for adjustments to be made while the game is in progress.

In an interview with ESPN, Taylor discussed his prior role as the team’s head offensive coordinator and gave further information on what fans of the Titans may expect from him.

“He arranges everything related to it,” Taylor said.

“On game day, he and I talk all day. It is what is known as calling plays. That is equivalent to breaking the law.”
