Nashville, Tennessee In the 2024 free-agent cycle, the Tennessee Titans added their fifth new player to their roster. Saahdiq Charles, a former offensive lineman for the Washington Commanders, reportedly consented to a one-year contract worth a maximum of $2.5 million. Charles played collegiate football at LSU with new center Lloyd Cushenberry, who also signed with the Titans this week.
The 24-year-old Charles, who was selected in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft, started all 16 games before missing six due to a calf injury.

In four seasons, he has only played 35 games because of injuries. Charles gave up four sacks and 37 quarterback pressures on 643 snaps last season, according to Pro Football Focus. The Titans also signed linebacker Kenneth Murray, cornerback Chidobe Awuzie, and running back Tony Pollard this week.
