Miami Hurricanes has just set a stunning record.
The Miami Hurricanes football squad averaged above a 3.0 grade point average during the Spring 2024 semester.
Over the entire sports department, Miami student athletes recorded their greatest cumulative GPA in school history. Miami revealed in a news release that the total spring GPA was 3.28. This was the 21st straight semester in which Hurricanes athletes exceeded a 3.0.
The Miami football team’s GPA was 3.05.
The baseball and men’s basketball teams were the only squads below the 3.0 mark, at 2.99 and 2.74, respectively.
